I especially want to recognize my State Farm agent, Lindsay. She stayed in contact with me throughout the process, was always responsive and helpful, and was there to guide me whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Having an agent who remained involved and accessible made a real difference during a stressful situation.
I also appreciated the professionalism of the claims team. They were responsive, listened to the information I provided, and worked with me to resolve the issues that arose along the way. In the end, I felt my claim was handled thoughtfully and fairly.
You hope you never need to rely on your homeowners insurance, but when you do, it is reassuring to have an agent who is there for you and a company that listens and works with you. I’m very appreciative of Lindsay and the service I received from State Farm."

"Super happy with Jessica's team, specifically with Lindsay. She was a huge help, was patient and understanding and really walked through everything well.

We were exploring our options and I filled out a form online, which suggested to send that information to an agent. It assigned me Jessica and her team. Within an hour or less I got an email from Lindsay with a number to call and chat about the quote.

She broke it down very well, and was patient and kind with my million questions that I had for her. Lol

There wasnt any rush, pressure or guilt to get started or to have certain things added. Instead she provided great service by explaining what options may be best for our situation, and why, compared different prices, and was happy to really explain what everything is.

She even took the extra step and explained the quote and policies on the form for me to sign to start so that I understood and was happy with the coverage.

On top of amazing and very friendly service, our bill is less than half of what we were paying, with a little more customization, but a clear understanding of what we have.
